Privacy notice

Joblink Danışmanlık Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Manavgat, Antalya, Türkiye) processes the personal data you provide in your job application in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice explains why and how we process your data.

Data we process: first and last name, e-mail, phone, nationality, country of residence, date of birth, gender (optional), languages, experience, your CV and the messages you send us. If your application progresses, documents needed for your passport and work permit are also processed.

Purpose: to assess your application, propose you to suitable hotels, contact you and, if you are placed, handle your work permit, visa and social security procedures.

Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), the need to establish an employment contract (art. 5/2-c) and our obligations under work permit and social security legislation (art. 5/2-ç).

Sharing: your data is shared only with the hotels in Türkiye to which we propose you, with the competent public authorities if you are placed (Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Presidency of Migration Management, SGK) and with our hosting provider. Your data is stored on servers in Türkiye.

Retention: 2 years from your last application. If you want it deleted earlier, just write to us.
